Issue 320 – Acting brothers help out at Barnardo’s

A PAIR of acting brothers have helped out at a Frome charity shop to raise awareness of an adoption and fostering campaign.

Mark and Joe McGann joined staff at the Barnardo’s store in Kingsway precinct to promote the charity’s new South West fostering and adoption service. Joe manned the store’s till while Mark provided an information table.
Deputy manager of the Barnardo’s store, Tiffany James said, “Mark and Joe interacted with every customer and gave out information about the campaign.
“They mentioned what a lovely place Frome is. From the store’s point of view it was great to have the publicity. Mark and Joe are keen on fostering and adoption – they really went out of their way to speak to everyone.”
