Spring has sprung at the Memorial

Mysteries and music are coming to the Memorial Theatre this spring.

On Friday 27th March Trevor Marriott will be at the Assembly Rooms with his ‘Myths and Mysteries’ presentation.  Trevor is a retired British Police murder squad detective who throughout his long and protracted career has investigated and solved many crime mysteries.

In recent years he has investigated some of the myths and mysteries that have fascinated and intrigued the general public for decades – ‘The Bermuda Triangle’ – ‘The Lost City of Atlantis’-’The Mary Celeste’- ‘The UFO Phenomenon’ – ‘The Apollo 11 Moon Landing-Fact of Fiction’ – ‘The Abominable Snowman’ – ‘Mermaids’ – ‘The Shergar Mystery’ – ‘Lord Lucan’ and many more.

The results of his investigations are thought provoking, and will captivate and enthral audiences as he dispels before them many of the previously accepted facts surrounding these well known myths and mysteries.

Saturday 11th April ‘Let’s Hang On’: This award-winning production is a musical journey through the prolific career of one of the most successful bands of all time – Frankie Valli & The Four Seasons.

From the beginnings in the early 50’s, the show takes you through hits such as ‘Grease’, ‘Bye Bye Baby’, ‘December 1963 (Oh What a Night!)’, ‘Sherry’, ‘Can’t Take My Eyes Off You’, ‘Beggin’’, ‘Working My Way Back To You’, ‘Walk Like A Man’, ‘Big Girls Don’t Cry’, and many more, climaxing with a spectacular finale of, of course, ‘Let’s Hang On’!

Definitely not a night to be missed!!

A delicious two course pre-show meal is available before both of these shows.  Please contact the box office for more information – tel: 01373 462795 – www.frome memorialtheatre.org.uk
