House clearance for cat charity

ALOCAL woman is holding a house clearance sale to raise money for The Cat Protection League.

Dawn Minall will be holding a house clearance sale on Saturday 12th December between 10.30am and 2.30pm, at the home of her late mother, Kay Evans.

Dawn said, “Mum had a passion for cats and we always had at least one living with us as we grew up. Most were waifs and strays, welcomed into our home with lots of love.

“Mum was a keen supporter of the Cat Protection League and a donation in her memory was made to them amounting to £85 earlier in the year.

“My sister and I wanted to do something else for the charity, so we have decided to hold an “open house” to sell the contents of the bungalow.

“We will donate 25% of the proceeds to The Cat Protection League. With winter approaching, hopefully the extra funds will benefit some of those cats mum loved so much.

“Please come and support us, you never know, you might find just the right present for someone you love.”
