FROME health care clinic James Hatt & Associates will be opening a new clinic having taken over the Tong Dynasty restaurant on Wallbridge Road.
The clinic has responded to a growing demand for their services by moving into a larger premises. This will allow them to provide more treatments and healthcare services.
Amanda Hatt explains, “Our mission is to inspire and motivate people to prioritise their body’s health, helping them to keep active and healthy throughout their lives.
“Our current premises on Bath Road don’t allow us to truly fulfill this mission – we just don’t have the space to provide services such as exercise classes to help people keep fit, educational seminars on healthy living, and rehab classes to help our patients recover from injury.
“After years of searching, we’re delighted to have found this property that fits our needs perfectly.”
The Tong Dynasty building, which was previously known to Frome locals as The First and Last many years ago, will be sympathetically restored to its original Victorian glory.
The roof will be completely replaced and all the interiors renovated to a very high standard, creating bespoke rooms for physiotherapy, massage and podiatry in addition to a dedicated Pilates studio and a Rehab room.
All works are taking place with immediate effect and they hope to move into the new clinic in April. Between now and then, the current clinic on Bath Road will stay open as usual and unaffected.
Amanda Hatt continued, “We want people to come to us not only to recover from injury, but also as a way to maintain a healthy lifestyle. We hope that our new modern clinic and the additional services that go with it will be a valuable addition to promote an active healthy lifestyle to the residents of Frome.”
