Insights into Chinese astrological system by visiting expert

The Four Pillars or Eight Characters of birth is one of the systems of Chinese astrology that examines a person’s life from their year, month, day and time of birth.

For instance, a person could be born in a Dog year in the Horse month on a Tiger day in the Rat hour. From this information, Chinese astrologers are then able to establish the personality, strengths and weaknesses of the person and advise them on their path in life. This presentation will focus on practical examples to show you how this information is derived and how the chart is interpreted.

Dr. Jin Peh grew up in Singapore and Perth, Australia, where he completed his medical education and internship. A compilation of his columns was published in 2010 as Feng Shui: A Hong Kong Perspective.

Jin has also studied Four Pillars Astrology with Lily Chung in San Francisco. They have co-authored three books on the subject. Jin’s latest book is Four Pillars of Destiny Exploring Metal Charts, which is the second book in a series of five.
