As easy as un, ‘dough’, trois!

CRITCHILL School and Writhlington School are pioneering a new venture, where pupils from each school meet up to participate in specialist workshops.

The first of these took place on 28th November at Critchill School, where renowned French chef, Richard Bertinet, hosted a bread-making class.  Staff at Critchill School said, “The session was extremely successful and delicious bread was enjoyed by all.”

The school has recently undergone major redevelopment and now has a purpose-built food technology department perfect for this workshop and also available to hire by contacting the school on 01373 464148 or
