Frome Half Marathon – 50% of entries snapped up!

Entries for the 2014 event which takes place on the 20th of July are going fast! More details and entries are available through the event website:

The organisers said, “We welcome entries from athletes of ANY ability and are an equal opportunities event. If you would like to enter the race but have any special requirements, please don’t hesitate to contact the race director to discuss how we can accommodate you: Racedirector@fromehalf marathon


“We are still looking for marshals to help the event run smoothly and make everyone feel really pleased that they have taken part. We would love to hear from you if you are able to help – marshals are required to manage road closures and to direct and support the runners both out on the course and in the start/finish area. If you are able to offer help please email: contact@fromehalf

“We are also looking for help in the weeks leading up to the event, if you can help for a few hours on any of the following dates please let us know!

• Sunday 6th July – 8.00am • Sunday 13th July – 8.00am • Saturday 19th July – we need helpers in the morning and at 3.00pm  • Sunday 20th July – we need a team of helpers between 6.00-9.30am and 12.00-5.00pm.
