Appeal for witnesses following Frome distraction burglary

Avon and Somerset Police are appealing for witnesses following a distraction burglary in Frome.

The incident happened at approximately 4.45pm on Friday 25th September at a property on Nutts Lane.

A resident discovered a man in her house and was then asked whether she wanted to buy any trinkets. The man then left without taking anything.

The suspect is described as white, aged in his 30’s, of muscly build and around 5ft 10ins tall. He had thinning hair which was combed back and he spoke with an English accent.
