Pink Planet and Frome Venue The Wheatsheaves have teamed up to provide you Retro computer games lovers a fun family day AND an evening of old skool gaming EVERY MONTH!
Day after Boxing Day – Need a family time out but done the traditional walk up Cley Hill? Then come and visit the Wheatsheaves on Sunday from 12.00-8.00pm for fun, games and drinks. This will be followed by a Big Kids version on Monday 28th December from 6.00pm for those who prefer an evening.
There will be a minimum of seven systems set up with tons of games incl Mega Drives – SNES – Master System – PS1 & 2 – Wii – N64 – all FREE to play.
Can you still beat your mates on Micro Machines? Fancy checking your skills on Sonic, Golden Axe or even Bomberman or Streetfighter?? Fancy showing the kids what games used to be like and challenging them to beat the oldies?
Come down and test your skills! Plus you can have a fresh pint, cocktail, cuppa or a fizzy pop. As the venue’s kitchen isn’t ready yet please feel free to order yourself some food from local takeaways to enjoy in the venue or bring your own picnic! Get involved, bring you mates and lets PLAY!
