A Frome fundraiser has raised more than £1,000 for a local MS therapy centre at her annual cake sale.
Katherine Marsh raised £1,232.87 when she opened her home for a cake sale and raffle in aid of the Wessex MS Therapy Centre in Warminster last month.
Funds raised at Katherine’s event will go directly towards supporting the centre’s vital services, which provide therapies, health information and emotional support to people living with multiple sclerosis and other neurological conditions. The centre also supports families and carers across the region.

Chief Executive Officer Rosie Eliot said, “Katherine’s annual event has become a wonderful example of community spirit in action. We are so thankful for her continued support and for everyone who comes together to make such an incredible difference year after year.”
The centre relies on community fundraising to maintain its services, helping to bridge gaps in NHS provision and reduce financial barriers for members who require ongoing specialist therapies.
