THIS year’s Harvest Festival and Holy Communion service returns to both St Mary the Virgin in Orchardleigh and All Saints in Lullington, as well as their annual tradition of ‘Back to Church Sunday’.
On Sunday 23rd September at 11am, join in the Harvest Festival with a service of Holy Communion at St Mary the Virgin, Orchardleigh. After a long gap, the harvest celebration returned to St Mary’s only a few years ago.
The last Sunday in September is known as ‘Back to Church Sunday’ where you are invited to return to All Saints Church in Lullington for an Evensong at 4pm on Sunday 30th September.
Why not stay afterwards too for a cup of tea and a chance to chat and make new friends.
There will also be a Harvest Festival service of Holy Communion at All Saints, Lullington, on Sunday 7th October.
For more information about upcoming events at either St Mary the Virgin, Orchardleigh or All Saints, Lullington contact David King, director of music on 01225 710127 or email publicity@lullandorch.org.uk
