As part of a busy spring programme at Cooper Hall which includes an Opera Club as well as world class jazz and folk gigs, the first classical music event is on 24th March.
Organisers say, “Ahead of their appearance at the New Paths Festival in April, the festival co-founder, pianist Libby Burgess joins Cooper Hall chamber music curator and cellist, Torun Stavseng, who is travelling from her base in Norway for the concert. They will be spending several days in Frome rehearsing together, culminating in a top flight, intimate performance of Bach, Beethoven and more! The full programme will be confirmed nearer the time of the event.
