FROME Friends of Palestine are inviting people to enjoy a three-course Middle Eastern meal at 7pm on Saturday 9th March at Trinity Hall, Frome.
The Friends say, “We are delighted to be welcoming special guest Sally Azzam, of Amos Trust. Sally is a founder of Liwan, a culture café in her home town of Nazareth and is passionate about Palestinian food and culture. She will share news from her recent visit to Nazareth, and the current situation for Palestinians.”
All proceeds from this event will be donated to Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP). Tickets are available at £30 each from Frome Friends of Palestine Eventbrite https://Dine4Pal.eventbrite.co.uk
The Friends add, “All dishes are lovingly prepared and served by Azeema, Ghania and their wonderful team of volunteers. Choose meat or vegetarian options. Or if you are unable to come, why not donate to MAP anyway by booking the ‘Pay Forward 4 Palestine’ option.
