Chefs at Gracewell of Frome are prepping their kitchens and inviting guests to enjoy fantastic food, for its annual Taste of Gracewell campaign, which celebrates healthy eating and highlights the importance of nutritious meals for older people.
The Taste of Gracewell campaign runs until this Sunday, 18th March, as part of nutrition and hydration week and the care home has opened its doors to serve a delicious meal to their friends and neighbours.
As part of the campaign,, Gracewell of Frome is hosting a special fish and chips lunch this Friday, 16th March, from 11am-3pm. In addition to a delicious lunch, guests will be treated to entertainment from the talented vocalist and performer David Moss, and have the opportunity to listen to a fascinating talk on nutrition, diet, and hydration.
The special event will allow people to meet Gracewell of Frome’s talented dining team and learn why dining at the home is about so much more than just keeping people fed – it’s about cooking tasty and appealing food that’s nutritious and meets individual dietary needs, too.
As well as enjoying delicious home-cooked food served, guests will also be able to pick up recipe cards comprising a selection of Gracewell chefs’ favourite recipes which provide easy, step-by-step instructions,, plus all the nutritional information, giving everyone a chance to recreate a Taste of Gracewell in your own home.
