AUTHOR Justin Newland will be signing copies of his latest novel, The Coronation, on Saturday 15th February at Hunting Raven Books, Cheap Street, Frome, from 11am to 2pm.
He will also sign copies of his other novels: The Genes of Isis and The Old Dragon’s Head.
Born in Essex in 1953, Justin lives with his partner in plain sight of the Mendip Hills. He writes secret histories in which historical events and people are guided by numinous and supernatural forces. It’s history with a supernatural twist.
The Genes of Isis is a tale of love, destruction, and ephemeral power set under the skies of Ancient Egypt. A re-telling of the Biblical story of the flood, it reveals the mystery of the genes of Isis – the genesis of the human race.
The Old Dragon’s Head is a historical fantasy and supernatural thriller set during the Ming Dynasty and played out in the shadows the Great Wall of China. It explores the secret history of the influences that shaped the beginnings of modern times.
