Castle Lodge Care Home in Mere is inviting local residents, families and businesses to join them for a community Summer Fayre later this month.
The event will take place at the care home on Saturday 26th September from 11am to 2pm at Norwood Park, Castle Street, and promises an afternoon of entertainment and activities for all ages.
Visitors will be able to enjoy live entertainment, games, stalls, a tombola and refreshments, while spending time with residents, team members and others from the local community.
“The Summer Fayre forms part of Castle Lodge’s ongoing commitment to building strong links with the Mere community and creating opportunities for residents to stay connected with local people, groups and businesses,” said Chris Guest, Customer Relations Manager at Castle Lodge.
The home is also inviting local stallholders to take part in the event, providing an opportunity for businesses, makers and community organisations to showcase what they have to offer.
The team at Castle Lodge hopes the event will bring together residents, relatives and people from across Mere for a relaxed and enjoyable afternoon. Everyone is welcome to attend, with no booking required.
Castle Lodge Care Home provides residential, dementia and respite care and regularly hosts events and activities which are open to the wider community.
