THE Memorial Theatre lineup is jam-packed with music and entertainment for the coming weeks.
On Saturday 4th November at 7.30pm returning for a fourth year, Rule The World Plus “Robbie” have been recognised as the Number 1 Take That tribute act in the world. They appeared alongside Nicole Kidman, Hugh Bonneville, Julie Walters and the real Take That on BBC1’s ‘The Graham Norton Show’. After hearing Dan Maines speak, a stunned Gary Barlow said in amazement, “He sounds like me!” Gary then also praised the band saying “These guys are good!” This year will also feature the return of “Robbie”. On Friday 10th November – 7.30pm An Evening of Mediumship with Tony Stockwell.
The popular star of TV’s Street Psychic, Private Psychic Eyes and 6ixth Sense, Tony Stockwell demonstrates his belief that those who have passed can communicate with their loved ones, all delivered with emotion, sensitivity and empathy. On Saturday 18 November – 7.30pm. Foster & Allen are bringing their 40th Anniversary Tour to the U.K. this autumn.
Celebrating 40 years together in the music business they will be performing their hits including ‘Bunch of Thyme’, ‘Maggie’, ‘After All These Years’, ‘Old Flames’ as well as some of their recent recordings like ‘Gold & Silver Days’, ‘A Hug’ and songs from their “Celebration” CD.
