Frome Cricket Club embarks on its training programme ready for the imminent start of the cricket season.
Robin Lett, head coach at Frome Cricket Club will be running the youth programme at the club. As well as continuing with the Kestrels, Hawks and Eagles age groups at U9, U11 and U13, the club has entered an U15s team into the local league too. This team is looking for a few more players and will be the Frome Ospreys.
Signing-on for youth players takes place this Friday 12th April at 6.00pm. Training commences the same evening and every Friday at 6.00pm. Youth membership is £30 for the year.
The ladies’ teams are also looking for new players and their training will also take place every Friday from 6.30pm and also commences this Friday 12th April. A friendly atmosphere awaits, with food and drink available.
