FAIR Frome is inviting everyone to its ‘All Kinds of Frome Community Picnic’ at Victoria Park on Sunday 4th September.
It will take place between 4-7pm; there will be free food and something for all the family to do with the range of activities including drumming, acoustic music and open mic sessions.
Fair Frome co-ordinator, Wendy Miller-Williams said, “This free event was prompted by the Brexit vote and is a direct result of local individuals in Frome feeling they want to make all the residents of Frome feel welcome in their own town – but it has become much more than that; in the way that diversity is much more than that.
“Please join us for a chat and a piece of cake. Find out about Fair Frome and its future for a furniture scheme and other projects.
“Bring a rug, bunting if you have it, a plate of food to share and relax with us from 4-7pm in our lovely Victoria Park.”
