FROMETECH, an expanding IT support company, has launched a new showroom where people can browse and buy items from power cables to tablets and laptops.
Due to the demand of their customers, Frometech have decided to open up a showroom to feature products such as power cables, blank CDs, memory sticks and portable hard drives, Amazon Fire tablets, new and refurbished computers and laptops that they can purchase and take home the same day. Their aim is to provide something to suit everyone’s needs and budget.
The company hosted a launch evening on Thursday 23rd November, which allowed members of the public a first look at their new showroom.
Jamie Seviour, founding director of Frometech said, “The evening went extremely well, we are really excited with the progress of the company. We have now had to hire another full-time member of staff, Mike Johnson, to make a full-time team of three. He will be based in the showroom and will be there to answer customers’ technical questions and assist them with their purchases.
“There were over 30 people who came to the showroom launch evening and we put on a spread of nibbles and drinks and everyone enjoyed themselves. Mike’s wife Alice even provided a cake! The showroom will now be the place for customers to drop off their tech to be fixed and also pick it up when it is finished.
“I would like to thank the public and local businesses for making Frometech such a success. It has been a pleasure to assist the hundreds of happy customers we have, and we look forward to offering you our excellent skills and customer services in the future.”
The new showroom is open 8.30am-5pm Monday to Friday and 9am-1pm on Saturday. There is no need to make an appointment to drop off items for repairs.
