The local team at Guide Dogs are delighted to have been shortlisted by the Sainsbury’s store at Frome for their local Charity of the Year partnership vote.
Voting opened on Monday 12th June and closes on Sunday 25th June and you can vote either in store or on line at www.sainsburyslocalcharity.co.uk.
Guide Dogs support local people with sight loss in Somerset. They exist to ensure that people who are blind and partially sighted enjoy the same freedom of movement as everybody else and can play an active part in our local community. Their services help people do the simple things that sighted people often take for granted, such as travelling to work or school, popping out for groceries or meeting up with friends.
The charity with the most votes wins the store’s charity partnership for the coming year which would help Guide Dogs raise vital funds to offer their services to those in the community who need their help. They are grateful for your support and thank you in advance for your time.
