Wiltshire & Somerset based health business has adapted to the lockdown caused by COVID-19 to solve the nation’s physical and mental wellbeing problems. Hatt Health and Movement Clinics are offering digital, one on one consultations for physiotherapy, rehabilitation and structured group exercise classes keeping the nation moving and pain free.
In this time, decreased mobility has the potential to cause many physical and mental health issues and with the added risk of social media influencers encouraging people to participate in exercise which is perhaps not suitable, Hatt Health and Movement Clinics are providing tailored advice specific to individual needs at affordable rates.
Online one on one consultations are offered for Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation sessions, while online classes can be booked individually or in packages for Pilates, Strength and Conditioning training and a specially designed ForeverFit for Seniors (over 65).
