At a time where we are seeing so much division between friends, neighbours and countrymen the Silk Mill in Frome celebrated an evening of positivity, love and friendship in the shape of the ‘Humans of Frome’ exhibition.
The regular Frome Times column which profiles inspiring and often unsung heroes in Frome is garnering much support and respect from the local community who turned up in their droves at an exhibition for the Frome Festival.
Ciara Nolan the writer and photographer behind the project said, “I was very moved and honoured by the sheer numbers of supporters who came from far and wide to help us launch the show and my new novel, ‘The Hidden Books’.
“There was a definite air of friendship and camaraderie on the night, the people of Frome know how to enjoy a good thing. Huge thanks to John Law, Bryn Dunn and my own son Archie Ttwheam for their musical performances, they provided the perfect soundtrack to the evening.”
