Sunday Times bestselling author and Bafta-winning screen-writer David Nicholls is coming to Frome on Monday 15th July for a literary lunchtime event.
Nicholls is one of Britain’s most successful writers with an incomparable talent for making us laugh, cry and wince with recognition. It’s 10 years since his novel One Day became an international publishing phenomenon and the iconic love story for a generation. It’s five years since the journey of Us took him to the Man Booker Prize long-list.
Hunting Raven say they are delighted to welcome David to Frome Town Hall to talk about his new novel ‘Sweet Sorrow’ – the story of one sixteen-year-old’s life-changing summer…
“This is a lunchtime event and a light sandwich lunch is included in the ticket price. Doors will open at 12.30pm and the event will start at 1pm and will end at 1.45pm to allow a little time for book signing. We would particularly like to encourage people working in Frome to come along and enjoy this event on their lunchbreak.
“Tickets are £12 (including a light sandwich lunch) or £28 to include a hardback copy of the book. Book online at www.bit.ly/DavidNichollsFrome or call 01373 473111 to reserve your place.”
