MARSTON Foods have had a very busy 18 months raising money for their chosen charities of the year; We Hear You, Mama Upendo Children’s Trust and national charity, Crohn’s and Colitis UK.
The team, along with help from local personal trainer Paul Ryman and the Frome Ladies’ Hockey Team raised £9,508, which has already been distributed equally to the charities. Simon Collingwood, MD of Marston Foods committed that the business would match whatever amount was raised up until May 2016 which takes the total to a whopping £19,017!
The remaining amount is going to be given to the charities in a small private event on 11th August.
Marston Foods will continue to raise money over the next year for both Mama Upendo and We Hear You, starting with a fun quiz at the White Hart, Trudoxhill on Wednesday 21st September.
