Nevertheless Productions, who host a regular pub theatre at The Cornerhouse, are bringing a brand new production ‘Crossed Wires’, via Salisbury Fringe Festival on 10th and 11th October.
Founders and co-producers Rosie Finnegan and Crysse Morrison have written and directed these two short plays, ‘Muffin Man’ and ‘Champagne Charlotte’. Muffin Man, written by Crysse, won the Bard of Frome competition at this year’s Frome Festival and will be fully produced and directed by Crysse.
Rosie said, ‘They are two very different plays. Muffin Man is funny and entertaining and will make you laugh out loud. Champagne Charlotte is a whole lot grittier and will leave you wanting to ask questions about yourself and your relationships with other people in your life, especially those closest to you. We like to give our audiences raw theatre that’s always entertaining, easily the best fiver you’ll spend in a night.”
Crossed Wires starts at 8pm on Friday 10th and Saturday 11th October and tickets are £5 on the door. Phone The Cornerhouse on 472042 to secure a seat.
