OPERA favourites will be performed by Trio Paradis in their monthly lunchtime café concert in Christ Church, on Thursday 1st June at 1.15pm.
An organiser for the event, Jaquelyn Beavan said, “Trio Paradis perform a dazzling collection of opera favourites. Highlights include music from Madam Butterfly, the famous Duet from The Pearl Fishers, Dance of the Blessed Spirits by Gluck and the thrilling Ritual Fire Dance by De Falla.
“All are welcome at this lovely, informal music event where you can meet friends and make new ones in the pop-up café, open from 12.45pm, with delicious cakes, tea and coffee on sale.”
Café Concerts are run by not-for-profit Musicians South West CIC and are entrance by donation so all can attend.
