As part of Frome Town Council’s rolling training programme for not-for-profit organisations, charities and community groups, the next workshop will cover ‘Working in partnership’ on 7th December, 9:30- 4:00pm at Frome Assembly Rooms.
Kate Hellard Community Projects Officer said, “This course is ideal for anyone looking to collaborate with others. Working in partnership across organisations can be a highly productive and an efficient way to work – particularly as resources diminish. This workshop identifies ways in which partnership working can benefit you and your organisation, some of the pitfalls and challenges of working in partnership, and a structure for negotiating and building partnerships that work.”
This practical workshop will rely on participants’ own experience of partnership working, as well as those of the trainer. The methods used include case studies, group discussions and some theoretical input.
It is being delivered by Oliver-Barclay Partnership, leading Public and Voluntary Sector facilitators with more than 20 years experience of working with individuals and groups at all levels and all sizes.
