FROME’s favourite record store Raves from the Grave will be returning to Worthy Farm this summer to host a stall at the Glastonbury Festival.
This will be the second time the shop has nipped out of Cheap Street to set up shop at the world-famous festival, after making their debut last year.
Owner Richard Churchyard said, “We all really enjoyed ourselves at the festival last year, and are pleased to be going back. Other than having to quickly save everything when the storms hit, it was good fun!
“It wasn’t great financially because I don’t think enough people knew where we were, so this year we’ll be making more of an effort on the advertising front.
“We did very well on vinyl so we’ll be making sure we take much more of that this year, and will be keeping a good stock of artists playing at the festival.”
Raves from the Grave will be set up in the West Holts field from Wednesday 24th to Sunday 28th June.
Their stores in both Frome and Warminster will remain open during the festival.
