SOMERSET County Council has enlisted the help of former BBC television journalist, Clinton Rogers, for a weekly series of informative Covid Catch Up videos.
The council report, “The former BBC Points West correspondent will front the series which aims to help people understand how Covid-19 is affecting Somerset, and what we can all be doing to help beat the virus.
“The weekly Covid catch up videos will give valuable information and advice, and Somerset County Council is encouraging viewers to send in their questions, so that they can be answered in the next film.”
Cllr Clare Paul, Somerset County Council cabinet member for public health said, “It is fantastic to have Clinton Rogers on board to present the new Covid catch up videos, which will deliver key information and messages to Somerset residents in a clear and relatable way.
“The Covid catch up videos are designed to provide accurate and up to date local information to help stop the spread of coronavirus, and all support in sharing the videos is welcomed.”
