STRING quartet concerts are coming to Christ Church performed by Quorum, a group of professional musicians with a passion for chamber music.
The first concert will take place on Sunday 21st January at 3pm featuring Schubert’s tempestuous Quartettsatz, a revolutionary quartet by Haydn and the much-loved Quartet Number 2 by Alexander Borodin.
Tickets cost £15 and are available on the door; refreshments will be served in the interval.
The following concerts are on Sunday 11th February where the group is presenting two performances of baroque music featuring Corelli and Vivaldi, and then Thursday 25th February, featuring music by Telemann and Leclair.
