Members of Frome Ukulele Club presented a cheque for £1,000 to Geoff Pell of Frome’s Missing Links on Thursday 9th June.
Club member and town councillor Richard Akroyd said, “The money was raised by the club at their charity concert ‘The Frukes’ Spring Shindig’, and will be used to help construct the next phase of the multi use, traffic free cycling and walking path from Great Elm to Weylands.
“When completed this two mile stretch will eventually close the missing link of the national route NCN24 north of Frome.”
