A WORKPLACE pension seminar will take place on Friday 5th February informing local business owners the recent changes.
The new workplace pension rules affect every business with employees. Whether you run a shop or a farm, a salon or a pub and you employ staff, you can’t ignore workplace pensions. Even families employing a nanny or personal carer will need to know how the rules affect them.
Between now and 2018 every employer will need to assess their workforce and enrol qualifying employees into a workplace pension scheme. And there’s lots of confusion over what to do, especially for those with no eligible employees or director-only companies.
Frome company, Biznus Payroll, is organising a seminar along with Pensinsula Business Services and LP Auto Enrolment Solutions. At the seminar business owners will learn about workplace pensions and how the changes should be reflected in employment contracts. They will also be discussing shared parental leave and the living wage.
The seminar is being held on Friday 5th February between 9am and 1pm at Cumberwell Park Hotel, Great Cumberwell, Bradford-on-Avon, Wiltshire BA15 2PQ. Lunch is included.
Places are limited, but if you’d like to come along then please call 01373 228300 or email amanda@biznuspayroll.co.uk There’s a small charge of £5 payable on the door. The seminar is free to existing clients.
