Frome Youth Choir will perform its first Christmas Concert at 3pm on December 4th at Christ Church following their relaunch last September.
The children will be performing a mixture of traditional and modern Christmas classics at this free event.
The choir has gone from strength to strength and numbers have swelled to more than fifty young people aged between 6 and 18 years old.
Musical Directors Steph Collishaw and Jo Richards have been busy visiting schools and giving workshops this term across the local area to help boost numbers. Steph Collishaw commented that the response to their outreach work has been staggering and that the junior choir may have to have a waiting list soon.
Rehearsals are held at the Steiner Academy on Thursday nights from 5.30pm to 6.45pm.
