ST Leonards Church at Marston Bigot is opening its doors to invite musicians to come and try out its wonderful acoustics (and grand organ!).
About the event on Sunday 10th April, organisers of Marston Music say, “Join in with an afternoon of tea, cake and inspiration (in response to the war in Ukraine) in this 18th century building which lies in a fabulous setting with wide and tranquil views of fields and woods of the River Frome valley. The church is a couple of miles west of Frome, and is known for its wonderful peal of eight bells and its important stained glass windows, which have recently been refurbished.”
The event is from 3pm to 6pm. Entry is a £3 donation towards a Ukrainian charity yet to be selected. Parking available or enjoy a walk across the fields. Just turn up and play or contact sara@ gracefulsolutions.co. uk for further details.
