The Good Heart will be celebrating World Kindness Day with a Feast of Kindness on Wednesday 13th November.
From 10am – 3pm and again from 6.30pm -7.30pm, vegetarian caterers Tibetan Memories will be offering all main dishes (with the exception of Sweetheart Momos) free of charge. From 7.30pm – 9pm there will also be a feast of music, poetry and sweet treats, all on the theme of exploring what kindness is, the difference it can make, and what we can each do to spread a little more kindness in the world.
“Are the cold rainy days and dark evenings beginning to get you down?” says Alison Murdoch, one of the organisers. “Come and warm your heart at the Feast of Kindness. Everyone is welcome, especially first-time visitors to The Good Heart. If you haven’t been here before, this is a good opportunity to find out what happens in this special space devoted to spreading kindness in our town.”
