FROME Town Council will be holding its Annual Town Meeting next week on Wednesday 4th April, and everyone is welcome.
Mayor Sheila Gore said “If you are interested in local goings on, tea and cake – please come along. I’ll be talking about what I’ve been up to in my time as the Mayor, as well as presenting the Mayoral Civic Award to someone who has made a great difference in the community.
“You’ll also hear from the groups whose projects were funded through the People’s Budget Events last year, and the best part – we’re launching the People’s Budget Town Vote – you’ll hear about the three projects which are up for public decision and to choose how the council should spend £10,000. Following the launch there are questions from the public, this is your chance to ask us whatever you’d like so we look forward to seeing you there.”
