The Frome Independent returns for 2018 on Easter Sunday, with a bank holiday market and celebration of the town’s community spirit.
The market will welcome in the spring, with an array of traders from Frome and beyond. Market-goers will be find everything from local farm produce to handmade gifts and vintage homewares, all available to buy directly from the makers and producers themselves. There will also be live music from local musicians on the Market Place stage throughout the day, as well as DJing, dancing and children’s activities on the pop-up Village Green outside Frome Library.
The market on Sunday 1st April will be the first of The Frome Independent’s monthly events, taking place across the town centre. For those with friends or family members visiting from out of town, the market’s special free Park & Ride service will be running throughout the day from Frome Medical Practice car park on Enos Way and Selwood School.
