Police are appealing for information after a diamond ring was stolen from a house in Frome.
The ring, which was kept in a green pouch, is believed to have been taken sometime between 24th July and 3rd August this year. Both the ring and pouch are pictured.
The theft was reported to police in September after the owner noticed the ring was missing.
A spokesperson for Avon and Somerset Police said: “If you have seen the ring – or have any other information which could help the investigation – please contact us.
“If you can help, complete our online form or call 101 and give the call handler the following reference number 5226258057.
“You can contact the independent charity Crimestoppers 100 per cent anonymously on 0800 555 111 or via their anonymous online form.
“No personal details are taken, information cannot be traced or recorded and you will not go to court or have to speak to police when contacting Crimestoppers.”
