Cafe Connect is a friendly, informal support group for people with dementia and memory loss and their carers.
Run by Health Connections Mendip, it is held on the second Thursday of every month (except August) at Frome Medical Practice, 10.30am-12 noon.
Cafe Connect say, “Contact Health Connections Mendip for further details on 01373 468368 but do just turn up and join us for a chat and a cup of tea/coffee.The next cafe is on Thursday March 12th – all welcome.”
