Submarine Comedy is pleased to present a very special one-off comedy gig upstairs at the mighty Three Swans on Tuesday 26th April.
The night will feature headliner Damian Kingsley, who arrives in Frome, as part of his Knock Knock Tour, with able support from Ben Thurston, Joey Cannon, MC Tim O’Connor and the stars of the comedy bootcamp.
There is free entry, but donations in aid of the charity Shelter will be very welcome.
Doors open from 7.30pm and starts sharp at 8.00pm. No tickets before, simply first-come first-served.
Damian Kingsley
Full time, professional stand-up comedian Damian has set himself a challenge…no. not just playing in Frome on a Tuesday night, but playing 120 shows on the Knock Knock Tour, with no money and no transport from Land’s End to Edinburgh, all in aid of raising money for charity. see website for more details:

Ben Thurston
Excellent South-west act, Ben may well be bringing everyone’s favourite animal expert ‘Bob Wildlife’ to town. Watch out Longleat, Bob’s in town – a submarine comedy favourite.

Joey Cannon
Fresh from completing and performing to adoring crowds in the Bath HalfMarathon (which was his longest gig to date) – 2½ hours of one-liners as he scuttled round for charity, has energised the Liverpudllian lost in Bath to revisit Frome after coming second in the “Frome Festival’s funniest” competition.
The stars of the Comedy Bootcamp
A couple of Frome-based graduates of the comedy boot-camp training, will be making their live stand-up debuts with some short sets.
MC Tim O’Connor
Local stand up, IfF councillor, pensions expert, allotment underachiever, bass player, MD of Submarine comedy…is there no start to his talents? …is immensely pleased to be MC-ing this marvellous night of comedy and venture and hopes Frome can send Damian on his way with a good dent towards his £7,000 charity target.
