A CHARITY dance event to raise money for Cancer Research UK will be held at Beckington Memorial Hall in March.
One of the organisers, Harley Jones said, “This is a chance for our communities to come together for a charity that starts at home but has far reaching effects on humanity.
“What better way than to dance the night away? Shake off those winter blues and dance. Meet friends new and old and most importantly, dig deep for a charity that aims to eradicate a disease that will affect nearly all of us at some point in our lives.
“Music will be OVO soul Motown and a whole lot more, provided by some of the best DJs and collectors in their field.
“The event is at Beckington Memorial Hall, 36 Bath Street, on Saturday 3rd March from 7pm until midnight. Entry costs £5 each.
“The bar has been sponsored by Total Plumbing of Frome.”
