DISCUSS & Do will be stepping into the world of finance at The River House on Tuesday 24th October from 6pm, to present an interactive workshop that will offer organisations the opportunity to explore what we can learn from the numbers in our business accounts.
Simon Williams from Williams & Harris and Nigel Harris from Burton Sweet will lead this month’s workshop and will open the discussion to include everything from how to read accounts to choosing the right accounting system and how to consider what cashflow, turnover and profit we should be aiming for.
“Whether a business is large or small, understanding finance is vital for its growth and stability”, explains Charlie Orr from Frome Town Council. “This month’s Discuss & Do will be an open discussion that will shed light on the best ways to read your accounts and how to make business decisions based on that understanding.”
Discuss & Do is a free and unique programme of events in business administration to support local enterprises. The events are organised by Frome and District Chamber of Commerce, Frome Town Council and supported by Enterprise Mendip.
Registration is essential via http://buytickets.at/ frome towncouncil/119473. Contact Charlie Orr at orrc@frometowncouncil.gov .uk for more information.
