The Frome Business Breakfast will offer the opportunity for businesses and organisations to meet with members of the local press on Tuesday 2nd May, and find out about how to get the most out of the media.
Representatives of the Frome Standard and Frome FM will be on hand to offer advice on how to put together press releases and pass on useful (and enticing) information to the media. This will act as a great chance for local organisations to learn about how to get their stories out into the world.
Tim Lethaby, editor of the Frome Standard, said, “With the rapidly changing media world, writing a suitable and timely press release is now more important than ever. With the differences between digital and print coverage, making sure you are writing for the correct audience and sending it to the correct contact is essential in getting your message out.”
Organised by Frome and District Chamber of Commerce, Frome Town Council, and AM Personnel’s Mairi Connelly, the Frome Business Breakfast events are open to all local businesses and community enterprises and are a great opportunity to meet with other local businesses.
The event costs £10 per person with the breakfast included in the price. Dietary options are available upon request, prior to the event.
