Both Jamie and Mitch are Microsoft certified professionals. Jamie holds a MCSE (Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert) certification in Server Infrastructure, and is also a certified CompTIA A+ and Security + Engineer. Jamie explained, “These qualifications make us unique and separate us from other local IT support companies.
