FROME’S popular Good Afternoon Choir will be singing for their chosen local charity WHY (We Hear You) at a special concert at Holy Trinity Church on Saturday October 26th starting at 7.30pm (doors open at 7pm)
Frome Good Afternoon Choir meets every Monday under the inspired leadership of Matt Finch from 2-4pm and new members are always welcome to attend this no audition, friendly choir.
Special guests for the concert on October 26th will be Village Voices; a group of singers from villages across the Mendips. They are led by Kerrie Duce.
Kerrie is the daughter in law of Bath music-man Grenville Jones. Grenville is the founder of the Good Afternoon Choirs, of which there are now 10 across the region. www.goodafternoonchoir.org
There will also be a guest appearance from stunning soloists from the Bath Light Operatic group whose MD is also Matt Finch.
