AN OPTICIANS in Frome has recently had a regeneration, and customers are set to benefit from changes to the store.
The improvements to Specsavers in the Westway Centre took place over a few months and the team are delighted with the finished look. The developments will allow Specsavers to continue delivering excellent customer service and maintain a fast-growing team.
The new refit aims to make the store a more clinical and customer-friendly environment. An extra testing room has also been added to help deal with the increase in customer demand. This brings the number of testing rooms to five, including a ground-floor room.
The store remained open throughout the refit, so the local community had a close eye on the transformation taking place.
Store director Richard Goring says, “We are delighted with the new look of the store and hope our customers are enjoying it too.
“The refit allows us to offer the best possible service to existing and prospective customers. We are very pleased to be embracing the latest technology to continue delivering an exceptional experience for everyone that comes through the door.”
Another addition to the store is digital precision eyecare, which helps ensure people find the most suitable frames and lenses for their prescription, lifestyle and vision needs.
