FOLLOWING the huge success of Frome Gin Festival at the Cheese & Grain, the newest drink festival craze is Rum Festivals, so, this August the Cheese & Grain event team bring Frome Rum Festival to the town.
With a definite Caribbean and South American vibe there will be over 40 different rums on offer to taste, try and enjoy. There will also be rum cocktails, Caribbean food & live music.
Tracey Rawlins, Festival organiser said, “Rum is such a popular drink and we decided to celebrate it. There’s so many rum brands we felt the way to celebrate was with a festival so we are going all out.”
The venue will showcase over 40 rums from around the globe, including more rare and exciting brands. Tickets are priced £10 and include a welcome taster token and a chance to taste your way (responsibly) around 40 rums. The event is strictly for over 18’s.
