Frome Ukulele Club is playing at Rook Lane Chapel on Saturday 17th December starting at 7.30 pm, with their festive show, ‘Christmas Capers’.
Expect some traditional songs (in a non-traditional way) along with a range of new songs from The Frukes. Tickets are £8 each or £20 for a family ticket, and proceeds will be donated to Fair Frome and Frome Young Carers.
Along with the more raucous songs featuring the entire troupe, there will be some small group numbers (slightly less raucous!) and plenty of opportunity to join in. Singing and dancing are definitely encouraged. The Rook Lane bar will be open and a raffle will be drawn at the interval so don’t be late. Tickets are available from any member of The Frukes and especially at The River House Café in the centre of Frome.
