A group of volunteers are partnering with Fair Frome to organise a free event for the community on Christmas Day.
Everyone is warmly welcomed to this friendly and informal event but places should be booked by Friday 28th November to secure a spot.
They welcome anyone who would like some company on the day itself. Families, couples and individuals can enjoy a free two-course festive lunch with all the trimmings and special gifts.
Volunteers will provide help with transport, sit with guests to play games, have conversations, sing carols and provide company. Home deliveries can also be arranged for anyone unable to join in person.
As part of Fair Frome’s wider winter support for the community, organisers aim to provide 200 festive meals on a day that can be difficult for many different reasons.
